What you need
4 to 6 venison steaks, chops or loins
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup red wine or white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
What to do
Marinate in refrigerator for five or six hours.
Grill steaks, chops or loins until tender, turning once.
